Lead generation and CRM integration

Stop paying for leads your sales team never closes.

Most agencies hand you form fills and a cost-per-lead chart. We build the whole engine: demand capture, conversion pages, CRM automation that follows up in minutes, and closed-loop attribution that proves which dollars made revenue.

  • 52%lower average cost per lead
  • 4.2×average return on ad spend
  • 200+businesses served across Canada and beyondAverages across our managed campaigns.

Why most lead generation fails before the sales call

The problem is rarely traffic. It is the gaps between the click and the closed deal. These are the six we fix first.

Junk leads that look great on a dashboard
The leak: campaigns tuned for form fills and low CPL flood your CRM with contacts who will never buy. The fix: we optimize bidding toward SQLs and booked revenue, and score every lead on fit and intent.
Sales says “bad leads.” Marketing says “no follow-up.”
The leak: nobody agreed what “qualified” means. The fix: we write the MQL and SQL definitions with your sales team, build them into CRM lifecycle stages and lead scoring, and set a response SLA with alerts when it is missed.
Slow response that kills hot leads
The leak: leads wait hours, or days, for a first touch. The fix: instant SMS and email acknowledgement, rule-based routing, rep alerts in Slack or SMS and missed-call text-back, so the first response happens in minutes.
Landing pages that leak paid clicks
The leak: slow load, generic copy and long forms. The fix: message-matched pages that pass Core Web Vitals, with tested form friction and instant calendar booking after submit.
No idea which campaign produced revenue
The leak: ad platforms report conversions your CRM never sees. The fix: click IDs and UTMs captured into the CRM, with outcomes sent back to Google and Meta through offline conversion import and the Conversions API.
Reports about clicks, not pipeline
The leak: the agency stops at CPL. The fix: one dashboard from CPL to cost per SQL, cost per booked meeting, pipeline by source and CAC.

Where your leads quietly die

Every stage of the journey leaks. We find the leaks, fix the biggest first and measure the gain in booked meetings.

  • Ad click or search visit

    Wrong audience, no message match

  • Landing page to form start

Slow load, weak offer, too many fields

  • Form submit to CRM record

    Broken webhook, duplicates, missing UTMs

  • First human response

Hours-long wait, no routing or SLA

  • Booked call to closed deal

No scoring, no nurture, no feedback loop

The lead engine, built in five layers

One accountable team across ads, search, pages and CRM, so nothing falls between vendors.

1. Capture demand
Paid search, paid social and LinkedIn, plus SEO and AI Discovery Optimization™ so you are found where buyers research. Tracking is built first: server-side tagging, enhanced conversions and consent-aware measurement.

2. Convert the click
Conversion-focused landing pages with message match, short forms, hidden fields for UTMs and click IDs, and instant booking after submit. We A/B test offers, headlines and form steps against SQL rate, not just submissions.

3. Integrate the CRM
Form-to-CRM pipelines built to be reliable: validation, deduplication, enrichment, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines and round-robin routing. Failed submissions are logged and retried, not lost.

4. Follow up and nurture
Automated multi-touch email and SMS sequences triggered by behavior and lead score, SLA alerts for reps and reactivation campaigns that work your dead leads before you buy new ones.

5. Close the loop
CRM outcomes flow back to the ad platforms, so Google and Meta learn to find buyers, not form-fillers. You see cost per lead, per SQL, per meeting and CAC by channel in one live dashboard.

What happens to a lead in the first 60 seconds

The path from click to rep is automated, observable and logged at every step.

  1. ClickGoogle, Meta, LinkedIn, organic or AI search
  2. Landing pageMessage match, short form, hidden UTM and click ID fields
  3. Webhook / APIValidated, deduplicated, retried on failure
  4. CRMEnrich, score, assign lifecycle stage, create deal
  5. Route and alertRound-robin to a rep, SMS or Slack alert, SLA timer
  6. Booked and closedOutcome written back to CRM and ad platforms

The closed loop: deal outcomes return to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions, so the algorithms optimize for buyers, not form fills.

How we differ from a typical lead generation agency

The gap is accountability: what we optimize for, who owns the stack and who you can reach.

What clients say

Questions we get before the first call

What counts as a qualified lead, and who decides?

You do, with us. In the audit we sit down with your sales lead and write the MQL and SQL definitions: fit criteria, intent signals and budget or timeline thresholds. We then encode them as CRM lifecycle stages and lead scoring, so the numbers in your dashboard mean the same thing your reps mean.

Which CRMs do you integrate with?

We build in GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Zoho CRM, and we can work inside the CRM you already use. Integrations run through native connectors, webhooks, Zapier or Make, or direct API calls, depending on what is most reliable for your stack.

How fast will leads follow up, and how do you prevent leads going cold?

Every new lead triggers an instant email or SMS acknowledgement, routes to the right rep by round-robin or rules, and fires an alert in Slack or by SMS. If nobody acts inside your SLA, it escalates. Missed-call text-back and automated nurture sequences cover the leads who are not ready yet.

How do you track which campaigns actually produce revenue?

We capture UTMs and click IDs (gclid, fbclid) in hidden form fields, store them on the CRM record and send CRM outcomes back to Google Ads (offline conversion import, enhanced conversions) and Meta (Conversions API). Reporting follows cost per lead, cost per SQL, cost per booked meeting and CAC by source.

Do you guarantee a number of leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does without seeing your market. We set lead, SQL and cost-per-acquisition targets in the audit from your category, budget and sales cycle, then report against them every month. We commit to the process, the transparency and the optimization cadence.

Who owns the ad accounts, the CRM and the data?

You do, from day one. Ad accounts, analytics properties, the CRM and every automation sit in your name, and ad spend is paid to the platforms from your own accounts. After the launch phase we work month-to-month.

Is this compliant with CASL and privacy rules?

We design for it: explicit consent checkboxes, consent timestamps stored in the CRM, unsubscribe handling, Google Consent Mode v2 and a data-retention approach aligned with CASL and PIPEDA. It is not legal advice, so we recommend your counsel signs off on your policies.

Do you do outbound as well as inbound?

Inbound is the core, because it converts best. Where it fits, especially for B2B, we also build outbound sequences in your CRM, with list sourcing, enrichment and personalized multi-step email, always with a compliant consent basis.
